I am Aeron and I would love to share yoga with you.
Yoga connects us to ourselves, to one another, and to the world. For me personally, Yoga brings me home to who I am, bringing a sense of stillness and joy in the now. Yoga has taught me so much, but still has so much to teach me. I endeavour to always keep learning and exploring the possibilities this ancient practice has to offer, and I also hope to offer this in my teaching. I believe Yoga is truly for all, and offer stages, modifications and variations throughout our class so you can explore what feels best for you. Yoga is as much a practice for the mind, heart and Soul as it is for the body. My intention for our classes to hold a safe space where we can explore this Union together. The lessons we learn on the mat can create beautiful ripples into our daily lives. My love of Yoga has spanned over 10 years.and I have recently completed my Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga. I also hold TeenYoga and Mindfulness certification (Yoga Alliance), first aid qualifications and I am fully DBS (enhance) certified. I teach Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breath work), Relaxation and Yoga Nidra. |
